Update/Progress pic. I stepped out of comp prep about 12 weeks ago for various reasons. The first image is me at the beginning of May. The middle 2 weeks ago and the last, just this past Thurs. I have been working hard to reset my metabolism and not gain back a bunch of weight which can happen after the kind of prep I was on. Right now I’m aiming to maintain. While I do weights 6 days a week, most of this has been diet and scaling back my cardio substantially. Looking forward to seeing what I can accomplish in the next 2 weeks!!!
